  Won't ever go here again which is a shame because they're very near my work. - Insisted I add hotspot devices to my account to overall lower the bill (bill went way up) - Never disclosed that these hotspot devices were lease to own...so now I'm stuck with them forever though I'll continue to never use them - Beat me up on my trade in claiming device damage Went to another store and they told me they've heard stories about this store and they're horrible treatment of customers. Sal was the only good employee here...and I was told he no longer works there. Glad I found another store with honest people.
